This is a key piece of equipment because it allows you to access the Grand Lift of Rold, which is a giant lift outside of the Royal Capital. In addition, it unlocks the Grand Lift of Dectus, a dungeon in the same area.

The second half of the Haligtree Secret Medallion is obtained by exploring the Mountaintops of the Giants zone. Alternatively, players can fast travel to the Site of Grace and use the Grand Lift of Rold to go to the Mountaintop of the Giants. Then, they can change their action by hoisting their regular medallion. Once the player has both halves, they can switch between the two halves.
