To make the Flask of Wondrous Physick, you must gather Tears to craft the Flask. These Tears are widely scattered throughout Elden Ring, but they are often well-guarded and hidden. Several different types of Tears can be used for this purpose, including Spiked Cracked Tear, Leaden Hardtear, and Crimson Crystal Tear. The latter is usually dropped by powerful bosses in late-game areas.

Sacred Tears
Fortunately, the Sacred Tears in Elder Ring are fairly easy to find and use. After you have a Sacred Tear in your inventory, head to a nearby Site of Grace to find a new one. Select the Flask option in the menu and then choose Increase amount replenished by flasks. The first Sacred Tear in the game is located in Limgrave. From Limgrave, ride a horse to the Third Church of Marika. Look for a giant statue on the floor of the church.
Sacred Tears in Elder Ring are consumable items that you collect from various areas. Flasks will heal you for a higher number of overall points if they contain enough tears. However, they lose power over time and decrease in potency as you progress through the game. Fortunately, there are items that can replace them with greater potency. One of these items is the Flask of Azure Tears.
Crystal Tears
In the game of Elden Ring, you can enhance your survival and damage by using the powerful Crystal Tears. These are found in Flask of Wondrous Physick and can be obtained early on. They boost HP and FP. You can also use the Crystal Tears to enhance your Flask of Wondrous Physick to add additional benefits. The Flask of Wondrous Physick can be found in the Third Church of Marika, in the eastern part of Limgrave. It is just south of the graveyard.
There are two main types of Crystal Tears: offensive and defensive. Offensive crystal tears increase scaling stats while defensive ones boost a specific type of damage. Like other Talismans, offensive crystal tears are build-dependent, and many players can use only one type of them. However, they provide substantial damage boosts, especially if used in combination with other abilities and incantations. While the offensive Tears are generally good choices for those looking for flexibility, defensive Crystal Tears are also a good option if you don’t want to spend time switching between two builds.
Larval Tears
You can obtain Larval Tears by farming in the Elden Ring. You can also purchase these from NPCs, but you need to have Runes to craft them. A Rune Farm is recommended for this task. The Larval Tear can be used to make powerful potions. You can buy Larval Tears for 3,000 Runes each. There are two merchants you can approach for this quest.
The first place to get Larval Tears is in the Elden Ring. There are several locations around the map where you can find them. These are very useful for respeccing your character. The second place to get Larval Tears is from Renalla, the Queen of the Full Moon. She is a NPC who can rebirth your character, so you can use this to respec it.
Purifying Crystal Tear
Purifying Crystal Tear is a Key Item in the Elden Ring. Its effect is as follows: “Purifys your character’s afflictions.” Whenever used, it will prevent your enemies from dealing blood loss damage. In addition, it will negate the effects of the Blood Curse mechanic, which deals massive damage to your HP. Players have been unable to defeat this mechanic in their first run and have thus given up on the game. The good news is that you can easily overcome the Blood Curse mechanic with the Purifying Crystal Tear.
The first step is to find the Minor Erdtree Avatar, located south of Limgrave. Once there, ride to the Smouldering Church, where you will be able to see the Tree. From there, climb to the left side of the tree. Be careful: the path has enemies along it. If you ride your Torrent, you can easily ride past these enemies. Lastly, you can use the Crystal Tear to cure your curse.
