The Seedot is a rare Pokemon found in Ruby and Emerald. The Seedot’s main strategy is to reduce damage to enemies and then retaliate with Bide, but in its evolved form, it gains powerful Psychic and Extrasensory attacks. It is a good Pokemon to have later in the game as it’s more powerful. Here are some reasons why.

Seedot’s Chlorophyll ability
The Seedot is a small, brown Pokemon that looks like an acorn. It has large black eyes, beige feet, and a gray “cap” on its head. It lives in a forest and hangs from tree branches to absorb moisture and nutrients. When it gets too heavy, it falls to the ground, but it polishes itself with leaves each day. Often mistaken for a nut, Seedot can startle others with sudden movements.
Although Seedot’s Chlorophyl ability is good for Pokemon Emerald, it is completely useless in the other tiers. Seedot isn’t a Dark type, so it doesn’t learn any Dark-type moves. This means that it’s useless in mixed sets under the Sun. This isn’t to say that Seedot isn’t a viable option, as it can succeed. However, there are other good options to boost your Pokemon’s stats.
Its base evolution
The base evolution of a grass type Pokemon, Seedot has the lowest Special Defense of any Grass-type Pokemon. Compared to other Grass-type Pokemon, Seedot has better physical stats, and the fact that it can be caught at the lowest level means that it will likely be easier to use against your opponents. The name Seedot is based on the seed with a cap. Its name may also refer to two different Pokemon, one of which is a hybrid of the Grass types: Seedot and the tot. Seedot is also a good choice for Pokemon Emerald, because it can change to a higher Hidden Power in the game.
Seedot can run the best set of attacks in the game. It needs Sunny Day support, which means you should use Hidden Power Fire alongside Solar Beam to hit Fire-types, but this also limits its overall coverage. Hidden Power Ground hits Ghost-types well, but it’s a little underpowered compared to Solar Beam, which is a very effective attack when it’s fully charged.
Its base move
In Pokemon Emerald, Seedot is a Grass-type Pokemon. It looks like an acorn when it hangs from a tree branch. It polishes its body with leaves once a day. Like its counterpart, Lotad, Seedot has two beige feet and a gray “cap” on its head. It has a 50% chance to reduce its target’s Defense by one stage. It is very rare, but can be traded for a later-game Seedot.
Besides being a great starter, Seedot also has the ability to learn all of the Pokemon moves in the game, including TM and TR moves. The move Seedot can learn is called ‘Seedot’s Nature’. It has two types: grass and fire. When using grass, Electric, and ground moves, it is best to use the ones that have the highest Attack and defense values.
Its base evolution into Nuzleaf
In Pokemon Emerald, the base evolution of Seedot is Nuzleaf. This Grass-type Pokemon evolves into Shiftry after it reaches level 14. In addition, Nuzleaf can learn Bullet Seed and Giga Drain if it is given a Sunny Day, but it cannot learn SolarBeam until it reaches level 15!
Its name is derived from two different words: seed and tot. The former means “acorn,” while the latter means “child.” Its name is a mispronunciation of the name “seed”, which is derived from the Chinese word zhong tane (seed).
While Seedot has a higher chance of spawning in the wild than Shiftry, it can only be obtained through breeding. Seedot is best suited for a Pokémon team as it is common in forests, parks, gardens, and hiking trails. It can be hatched from an egg at 5 kilometers. Although it has not been made into a raid boss, Nuzleaf is a good choice for Pokemon Emerald.
