The server status for Lost Ark has been re-updated. The US West and European servers will be down for 30 minutes on Saturday, April 27, while the US East server is down for maintenance. Up to four hours are expected for Galatur. The Kadan server is scheduled to re-start at 9:20 AM PT on April 29 to fix the issue of infinite loading screens. This is the second scheduled maintenance for Lost Ark this month.

Hotfix took 2 hours
If you’re in the EU region, you may have noticed that Lost Ark is experiencing server issues. The problem is that the game’s server patch was not yet live. Due to this, players were experiencing connection timeouts and the game couldn’t be downloaded. Developer Smilegate is aware of the problem and has opened up additional servers. In the meantime, you can find out whether a Lost Ark hotfix is available.
In the March 15 update, Lost Ark received a number of fixes and server downtime. The major issues fixed in the update include a bot invasion of Arkesia, daylight savings time bug, and Tytalos Guardian Raid issue. The game’s servers will be down for a couple of hours during the maintenance period, but you won’t have to wait that long to get back on track.
