Getting to Mt. Gelmir
The Mt. Gelmir area in the Elden Ring is a mountainous region that is connected to Liurnia and the Atlus Plateau. While it doesn’t appear large on a map, it is home to the legacy dungeon Volcano Manor. It also contains mountains and ravines with no manmade paths. This guide will show you how to get to all of the different points of interest in Mt. Gelmir.
The first thing to do is to find a map of Mt. Gelmir. You can find it in the map of the Elden Ring. There are three different ways to reach the map. The first two involve reaching Volcano Manor, and the third involves reaching the Altus Plateau. The Altus Plateau is northeast of the Grand Lift of Dectus and the Old-Ruin Precipice. The second route takes you past the Altus Plateau and the Shaded Castle.
Boss fight
The Mt. Gelmir area is located on the northwest part of the Altus Plateau, and is a side area to Volcano Manor. In this area, there is one boss, though another important one is located on the opposite side. In addition to the boss on the main area, there is one in the side area, called the Shaded Castle. Defeating this boss will earn you a trophy and achievement for completing the level. In addition to this, the boss here can be used to unlock the Legendary Armament.
This area is one of the more difficult parts of Elden Ring, with many difficult enemies to face. The boss, Rykard, the Lord of Volcano Manor, can be found in Mt. Gelmir, and the game is chock-full of treasure troves and unique items. You can find both rare and powerful items in this area. For a truly challenging Boss fight, you’ll need a good combination of items from the game’s optional Dungeons.
Map fragment
Finding a map fragment in the Elden Ring is not an easy task, but there are ways to make it easier. Here are a few tips. First of all, make sure to look for the map fragment on your maps before you go out to explore it. It is often hidden in ruins or is completely hidden from sight. You can also find it by pillaging dead bodies. This way, you can get a better idea of where you are heading.
The Elden Ring is a huge game world, which is why the map is so large. You may not even realize how vast the area is until you discover Map Fragments, which give you a clear idea of where you are. These small maps reveal the topography of the area, along with potential points of interest. There are many places you can find Map Fragments in the Elden Ring, but most of them are close to critical paths.
Seethewater Cave
You will have to travel to the mountain to reach the Seethewater Cave in the Elden Ring. It contains several items that you can use, as well as a miniboss named Foe. You can read our guide to this cave to find out more about where the treasures are, how to beat the enemies, and what items you can find here. To enter the Seethewater Cave, you must have 2 Stonesword Keys and poison resistant armor. In addition, you need to be able to neutralize some Bolluses to complete the area.
The Mount Gelmir pillar is located in the central Altus Plateau, near the Road of Iniquity. Once you get there, you can start the quest to explore this area. Once there, you will be able to find the Somber Smithing Stone(6) and new crafting materials. To get to Mount Gelmir, you must travel north from the Road of Iniquity.
Activating Dectus Lift
The first step in completing the quest “Activating Dectus Lift at Mount Gelmer” is to make sure that you have access to the Altus Plateau, located northwest of the Grand Floating Lift. You can access this location in several ways. Two of these methods involve accessing Volcano Manor, while the third one involves navigating to the northwest corner of the Altus Plateau.
The next step in this quest is to find Rya. To do this, you must first locate Rya at the top of the Grand Lift of Dectus. Afterward, you need to head to the Ruin-Strewn Precipice and activate the Dectus Medallion. Alternatively, you can go directly to Mount Gelmir and activate the Dectus Lift in the Altus Plateau.
Activating Dectus Medallion
Activating Dectus Medallion on Mount Gelmir Elder Ring requires you to have two pieces of Dectus Medallion in your inventory. Standing at the Grand Lift of Dectus, you can teleport to the Atlus Plateau. Once there, you’ll find dozens of enemies, ranging from crystal cave miners to creepy bad ladies. You’ll also have to fight these enemies for a while before you can reach the Grand Lift of Dectus.
To activate the Grand Lift, head north of Mt. Gelmir. The road forks at a broken bridge halfway, so continue west until you see the map pillar. Once you get there, head west toward the Atlas Plateau. You can activate the Grand Lift by obtaining a Dectus Medallion. To get to the Grand Lift, travel to the north-eastern part of the Altus Plateau.
