The Big Bang Theory World of Warcraft Episode Review

The Big Bang Theory is a sitcom about geeks and its world of Warcraft has a presence in two episodes. In the first episode, Howard’s breakup with Amy is partially due to the fact that he played World of Warcraft. In the second episode, he loses all of his digital items and the team must try to track him down. Leonard, Raj, and Sheldon all try to find him.

The Apology Insufficiency (S04E10)

The Big Bang Theory is a comedy series that revolves around geeky characters. Two of the episodes involved the video game World of Warcraft. During one episode, Howard and Amy broke up over the game, and the following episode shows the three of them trying to find Sheldon and his digital belongings. Sheldon was just 80 years old at the time of the episode, but now he is level 85 and has just gotten his first level in Cataclysm.

Sheldon’s World of Warcraft account

A Big Bang Theory episode centered on Sheldon hacked into on the internet shows that the gamer is not alone in his frustration over losing his valuable items. Aside from the stolen gold, the gamer also took away his prized enchanted weapons, vicious gladiator armor, and untainted power wand. In addition, he lost his beloved battle ostrich, Glenn. Although the episode focused on Sheldon, other characters got their chance to shine as well.

Todd Zarnecki’s intrusion

The recent World of Warcraft episode on The Big Bang Theory was a rehash of the infamous “Zarnecki Incursion,” in which a hacker infiltrated Sheldon’s World of Warcraft account and stole his virtual items. He later returned them after being kicked in the groin by Penny. In the episode, Sheldon confronts Todd Zarnecki and tries to figure out who hacked his account.

The Big Bang Theory aired an episode about a World of Warcraft hacking in which Sheldon’s account is hacked. The guys rally to find the hacker, but Penny has some plans of her own. When the guys get to Nebraska, she shows the guys how to complete a quest. She also gives Bernadette a quick kick in the groin and returns Sheldon’s World of Warcraft belongings.

Sheldon’s level 85 Blood Elf named Glenn

“Sheldon’s got a level 85 Blood Elf named Glenn,” Raj quips, “but he is in a boy’s body!” While this is a great joke, we don’t know the importance of Sheldon’s gaming hours. Whether it’s a joke or not, you may have been hacked at some point.

The Zarnecki Incursion

“The Zarnecki Incursion of the Big B Bang Theory World of Warcraft” is an episode about a hacker who steals Sheldon’s World of Warcraft account. The gang has to find Todd Zarnecki and track him down to get back his stolen items. Todd is twice Sheldon’s size and a geek who plays World of Warcraft. The episode also features a Klingon bat’leth that Sheldon brings to fight off the evil villains.

Halo

The recent Halo Big Bang Theory World of Warcraft season premiere did more than just mention the popular video game. The show acted out the whole plot – and it did so while slapping references to popular pop culture in the process. The Big Bang Theory managed to make Star Wars: The Old Republic seem as real as any movie or video game. In game footage and crew members’ gaming laptops are used to make the episode more realistic.
