What Is Creed’s Job at Dunder Mifflin?

If you’ve watched any episodes of the sitcom The Office, you’ve probably heard about Creed Bratton, the mysterious Quality Assurance Manager. Known as the mysterious man of the branch, Creed appears in interviews conducted by the documentary camera crew. Although his quotes often seem odd and out-of-place, a closer look reveals that many of them are actually quite sensible.

Stanley Hudson

While the show focused on Creeds strangeness, many were left wondering how he managed to get his job at Dunder Mifflin. As an acting manager, Creed’s job is to tell clients what they don’t like about the company. While he’s doing this, he also makes up an acronym chart while he’s talking. One client is confused when Creed shows him a picture of two identical people, so Creed responds, “I can see one already.”

The character of Creed, who is in the office for four hours a day, is not a very likable person. His sarcastic personality makes it hard for people to connect with him, and they’re wary of his attempts to befriend her. While he is usually quiet and unassuming, he does take drastic measures to keep his job. He is also prone to theft, and his constant flight from something is not the best way to make friends with someone.

Karen Filippelli

Karen Filippelli is the regional manager of Dunder Mifflin Utica and the former girlfriend of Jim Halpert. She first appears in the episode “Gay Witch Hunt.” In that episode, Karen asks Jim about his signature look and if it can be replicated. She then offers him a raise. But when he refuses, Karen reveals her true motives.

During the episode, Karen is the boss of two assistant managers. One is the former regional manager who suffered traumatic brain injuries and was replaced by Robert California. The other one is the temp, who helps Pam with her workload before she goes on maternity leave. Unfortunately, this employee flirts with Jim inappropriately, and Michael is left wondering whether she is the real culprit. But the new employee has a better plan.

Erin Hannon

The character Erin Hannon is the receptionist at Dunder Mifflin Scranton and takes over Pam Beasley’s post. While Michael hates the fact that Erin is leaving, she doesn’t want to leave either. Her positive attitude and support for Michael make her the least likely to quit her job. However, the characters relationship with one another is also a part of the comedy.

She also has feelings for Andy, whom she hasn’t seen in years. She begins to see Andy again after his Outward Bound program, and they start hanging out again. During this time, Andy and Erin form a friendship and Erin congratulates him on his new job. She also meets Andy’s new girlfriend Jessica and begins to date him again. She ends up getting drunk at a Christmas party and has to be driven home by Robert California, who tells her to take an aspirin.

Devon White

In “Devon White is Creed’s Job at Dunder Mifflin”, the character sits in an office and works in Supplier Relations. He is responsible for firing Devon, who he believes is a substandard worker. The character’s only speaking role in front of the camera occurs in the movie “Halloween,” when Devon smashes a pumpkin on Michael’s car.

In the second season of “Devon White is Creed’s Job at Dunder Mifflin,” Creed was almost fired. After failing to convince his manager, Michael Scott was forced to downsize the company and terminate the employment of Creed. Eventually, the manager relented and let Creed keep his job. Ultimately, however, he fired Creed in Season 5 instead of Devon White.

Joleen “Jo” Bennett

Joleen “Jo” Bennett is the head of the Customer Relations department at Dunder Mifflin, an office building owned by Dwight Bennett. Creed hires her, along with Phyllis and Darryl, as a replacement for the departing Christine McHale, who has left the company. When Christine begins to develop a dislike for Creed, Jo decides to retaliate by forcing him to meet with her and discuss his pension.

Jo’s character is an interesting case study in character likability. The self-made businesswoman played by Kathy Bates has survived breast cancer and gotten her pilot’s license. Jo is also a close friend of Nancy Pelosi and once slept with Truman Capote. She is also an accomplished flyer and a successful businesswoman, despite the fact that she can be tough and often loses her temper.
