You will need to answer a number of questions in order to solve this puzzle. The name of the animation series is Cylindrical Adventures, so that is a good starting point. The question 44 is also safe to try, as it only shows scrambled puzzle pieces.
There are four different types of impossible quizzes in this game. You can choose from multiple answers in order to find the right one. The first answer is the most obvious, which is “Mary Rose sat on a pin.” The others are: O RLY!, “Busted her piles”, and “Ahahahahaha!” However, the correct answer is Mary Rose. This is because the “Rose” in her name is a pun on the past tense form of “to rise.”

In the Impossible Quiz, the question “Woof. Woof is the answer to the impossible quiz 39” has a dog as the answer. The dog barks three times as a pun on the past tense of “to rise.” The dog is also seen in the Badly Drawn Dawg animation, where she barks three times and then sits on a pin.
There are over 100 questions in this game, and the possible answers include honey, pork scratchings, egg mayonnaise, and talc. Fortunately, Splapp-Me-Do isn’t a fan of egg mayonnaise, nor does he like human faeces, which is the answer to question 23. Thankfully, we can get the answer without any hassles.
“Of course not”
This question first appeared in The Impossible Quiz Beta, an extended version of the Demo with 10 additional questions. Splapp-Me-Do’s Tumblr page posted screenshots of the beta version of the game, where one of the option boxes read “Of course not!” However, clicking “NO” didn’t penalize you. In the Beta version, the green tick appears only in the right corner of the screen.
For instance, on the impossible quiz 39, the answer to question 42 is the 42nd number. This is the second 42 from the bottom row. This is a reference to Douglas Adams’ “The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.” Similarly, the answer to question 41 is “Of course not.” A duck’s crest is not called an “afro,” so this question is actually easy.
In order to beat the Impossible Quiz, you must use all seven Skips. Once you use one Skip before reaching Question 84, it’s impossible to beat the game. The answer to the question is “Of course not”. On the other hand, the correct answer is “Mary Rose”. The reason it is the correct answer is that the word “Mary” is a pun on the word “rise”.
