If you’re wondering what types are weak to steel, you’re in luck. Dragons have no problem attacking Steel-Fairy Pokemon, as the type does not resist Dragon attacks. But Dragon moves are terribly ineffective against Steel and only half as effective as those of other types. The best Pokemon to use against Steel is Infernape, a Fire-Fighting type. That’s because Steel-type moves do not work very well against Flame Pokemon.

Flying
The type Flying has some benefits over other types, but is weak to some of them. This includes: removing the resistance to Fighting and Bug attacks from your Pokemon’s movepool, and making super-effective fighting moves do normal damage instead of normal damage. In addition, Flying is weak to Rock, Ice, and Electric attacks. Because of its weakness to all these types, Flying is often the best choice when fighting a Steel Pokemon.
While it is difficult to battle a Steel type Pokemon, it can be helpful to add a Fairy type to your deck. While Flying is weak to steel, Fairy moves will work against Flying Pokemon and Dragons. Fairy types also have good defense against both Dragon and Poison-type moves. Fairy Pokemon are adorable and can even serve as secondary types for Steel-type Pokemon. These Pokemon are very useful in battle.
Fighting
While the ghost type is weak to fighting and poison, the fighting type is surprisingly strong against a variety of other elements. Its awesome moves include Focus Punch, Hi Jump Kick, Superpower, Hammer Arm, and Brick Break. Below, I’ll go over each of these elements and how strong they are against each other. For each element, check out the weakest counterpart. Then, consider the strongest element against each one. For example, fighting is weak against Electric, but it is strong against Grass.
Ground
Pokemon with the type Ground are strong against Fire, Water and Poison but weak against Steel. However, they do not have much of an advantage against Electric, Bug and Flying Pokemon. When fighting against Steel, Water and Electric will only cause half of the damage, but if your Pokemon has Ground or Ice type attacks, you will take double damage from those attacks. If your Pokemon is Steel or Flying, you should try Electric or Ghost as a defense type.
Fighting is similar to Bug in terms of resistance, but unlike Bug, it also does not resist itself. While this makes it difficult to fight Steel-types, it does have some decent weaknesses. In particular, it is weak against Fire-type moves. Luckily, Fighting does not resist itself, so it can be an excellent defensive option in battle. Steel also has some weak points in the Fighting category. For example, a Steel-type Pokemon can’t resist a Fire type’s moves, but it can take a Fighting-type attack.
Fire
The mechanical properties of steel are compromised during a fire, reducing its yield strength, stiffness, and modulus of elasticity. These changes can lead to failures such as buckling, twisting, and buckling and can last for up to 20 minutes after the fire is put out. If the fire is extinguished quickly, however, structural steel members will regain their original properties. The longer the fire is exposed to extreme temperatures, the more likely it will be that structural steel members will experience annealing, which reduces their yield strength.
In general, steel is vulnerable to fire, because the metal conducts heat well. As a result, fire attacks on steel can easily melt them, causing damage. Fire, on the other hand, is weak to water and rock. This weakness can be exploited by trainers who know their weaknesses. Steel’s armor, while formidable in its own right, pales in comparison to that of the Heatmor, so this weakness can be used to your advantage.
Fairy
Poison and steel are two types of moves that Fairy Pokemon cannot resist. Fairy Pokemon are naturally born from nature, and they do not age or suffer from illness. This makes them weak against poison, which is why they are often feared by people. Cold iron is a powerful attack against Fairies, and other evil spirits are said to be weak against it. Here are some ways to defend yourself against these Pokemon. While Poison-type Pokemon may be more effective in battle, they are also vulnerable to attacks from Fairy Pokemon.
While the Fairy type is not strong against Steel, it is still weak against Fire, Poison, and Bug types. Steel-type Pokemon have high damage outputs and can be used as a counter to Fairy types. Legendary Pokemon such as Dialga can also be used against Fairy-type Pokemon because of its Metal Claw and Magnet Bomb. Fairies also have a high damage output, and they can also be combined with a Fairy-type Pokemon, but they are weak to steel.
Dragon
Although dragons are not weak to steel, a few myths suggest that they are. Traditionally, dragons were killed with iron weapons. Dragon types are also weak to fairy and ghost types. If you have an Iron-type Pokemon, you should focus on using its ability to take down a Dragon. Its unique attacks and defenses are especially good against dragons, while the fairy types are more useful against psychic and fairy-type Pokemon.
Another myth relates to dragons: some dinosaurs were adamant that steel was weak to dragons. For example, the stegosaur had spikes and plates and horns linked to rock slates and stalagmites. The triceratops was a herbivore, but its horns could be deadly weapons. The triceratops was a defensive type of dragon.
