As you level your character, you will start to notice that you are getting easy bosses and that you are using overpowered weapons. This is a bad thing, as it will mean that you can easily end a fight early. To help you avoid this problem, I’ve put together a list of things you should stop doing if you want to keep your character’s performance high.
Table of Contents
Stamina
When leveling Elden Ring, one of the most important stats to improve is Stamina. Your Robustness body stat determines how resistant your character is to hemorrhage and frostbite. Endurance is also important for your Equip Load because it dictates how much equipment you can carry, such as weapons and armor. Endurance is also an important factor in combat, so you should experiment with different styles to maximize your Stamina.
When leveling Elden Ring, you should focus on your Stamina and Endurance. Endurance is important for your attacks, dodges, and Equip Load. You’ll need both to survive and to cast spells. Endurance is also necessary for carrying heavy items, so try to increase it by at least 60 points. However, make sure to only allocate this amount of stat if you need it!
Increasing your Strength stat will enable you to wield more powerful weapons and armor. Strength also increases the load on your equipment and makes it easier for you to carry large weapons. You can also wear heavy armor when leveling Elden Ring, but you must maintain your Stamina stat to keep yourself in combat. The latter will slow down your regeneration time and make it harder to move fast. The last stat to boost is your Intelligence.
Incantations
There are a number of different ways to maximize your Incantations when leveling Elden Ring, but they all rely on a specific seal. While Sorceries are generally easier to scale, Incantations are not. This is because the seals themselves scale with different stats – such as Strength and Arcane. By using a smithing stone, you can increase the damage of your spells and increase the power of your incantation. Also, incantations scale with Faith, Arcane, and Strength.
One way to boost your Incantations is to learn the three most powerful ones. The first one is the Scarlet Rot incantation, which is extremely effective against enemies that use the poison affliction. This spell is slow to cast, but it’s worth it for the damage it can do. Once you have mastered all three, you should be able to cast Scarlet Rot in any battle.
Another way to boost your Incantations is to obtain as many as you can. You can get some of these by looting and using them on enemies. Another way to obtain Incantations is to take a tutor quest. The easiest tutor to approach is Brother Corhyn, who can be found in Liurnia’s Church of Vows. You can also give a tutor a Prayerbook to get more Incantations. You can also get the Beast Claw from Gurranq in the Bestial Sanctum.
Larval tear
If you have a hard time getting the Larval tear when leveling your Elden Ring, there are a couple of things you can do. First of all, you can go to the area where you can find an Undead Soldier. This location is located south of Caeil Highway South. You can also go to the Agheel Lake south site of Grace. There, you can find ruins and undead sitting idle. Attack the undead once, and you will get the Larvel tear. This is the core of the silver tear that is needed to craft the amber egg.
The Larval tear is obtained by defeating Mimic Tear, which is located near the previous Larval Tear boss. Taking out the giant ball in Night’s Sacred Ground will also give you a Larval tear. Once you have obtained the Larval tear, you can level up and min-max your character. However, you will need to find a Caria Manor vendor to buy this item.
The Larval Tear can be found in a few locations in Elden Ring. The first one is Nokron, Eternal City Site of Grace, which is available during Ranni’s questline. You can get two Larval Tears by killing Mimic Tear. You can also find the Larval Tear in Night’s Sacred Ground Site of Grace, located north of Elden Ring.
