Rainy Lure Modules

If you have the Goodra, you can also evolve the Sliggoo into Goodra using a Rainy Lure Module. Once this evolution becomes widely available, Goodra will see a lot of action in the Go Battle League. Sylveon
Sliggoo is a type of Pokemon that evolves into a Goodra at level 50. The evolution is not triggered by rain instigated by Rain Dance, Drizzle, or the Primordial Sea. The Sliggoo is a dual-type Steel/Dragon regional form native to Hisui. It evolves into Hisuian Goodra at level 50 and all Goomy born in Hisui will evolve into Hisuian Goodra.
