Exam Centre
If you’ve ever wondered where to find the specimen jar in Runescape, there are a few places where you can get it. The jar is a members-only item, and you need it to search the specimen tray. The urn is in a bush to the south of the dig site, near the large blue Urn. You can also find it in bushes on the path to leave.
The Specimen Jar can be obtained in the northeast corner of the Digsite, and the Specimen Brush near the west wall. In level 3 dig areas, the Archaeological Expert can invite you to use the northern winch. You will also receive a Certificate and a cake from the Museum Curator. As you can see, there’s a lot more to finding a specimen jar in Runescape.
After completing the test, you can go to the Digsite Exam Centre, which is located east of Varrock. Once you complete the exam, you’ll receive an Unstamped Letter from the Examiner. When you return to the Digsite Museum, you can exchange it for a Stamped Letter. If you fail the exam, a student in Digsite will be able to help you.
During dig site quest
When you complete the Dig Site quest, you will get a specimen jar, which can be useful if you are studying the earth sciences. The Dig Site is a part of Old School RuneScape. It will teach you about the Zarosian Empire during the Second Age, and you will also get an ancient talisman and stone tablet that will remind you to tremble in the presence of the power of Zaros.
After completing the first stage, you can complete the second rock sample. You will need to collect several rocks, Panning Spots, and a specimen brush. You will need to make sure that you handle the bones with care and do not drink their tea. Having a specimen jar to store these samples will help you to carry them around and make it easier for you to identify them in future. You will need these items for your exams.
If you do not have this item yet, it is time to get it! This item can be obtained during the Dig Site quest, which is an excellent way to collect specimens and a few gold coins. You can also get a specimen jar by picking up a pickpocketing workman and using his letter to talk to him. You can also get the specimen jar from the sacks around the Digsite.
