A mask will form in front of him and blast away in a general direction. Maguu Kenki’s second phase begins when he reaches 70-75% HP. A Thunder Barrier at Fort Mumei Genshin can be used to traverse a level-appropriate level. The barrier itself is made up of four different Thunderstones that deal Electro DMG over time.
