Battle with Patches
This quest is part of the main storyline, and the player must defeat the Magma Wyrm Makar to gain access to the final battle. Afterwards, Patches will give a new assignment, and you can reload the area to see the sign. You must also kill the Old Knight Istvan in Limgrave and Rileigh the Idle in Altus Plateau. After you have killed both of these monsters, Patches will award you a quest.
You can find Patches in four locations, and they all play different tricks. The first location is a chest inside the murkwater cave. Patches will attack if you open the chest, and you’ll have to spare a quarter of his health to progress the quest. The second location is a fogged wall. Once you’ve gotten the chest, Patches will follow you around. He will be your final enemy, so make sure to kill him quickly!
Defeating Great Horned Tragoth
Defeating Great Horned Tragath is the first objective in Volcano Manor. This NPC can be found in the Volcano Manor by interacting with its red summoning sign. When defeated, it will drop a Bull-Goat armor set. In addition to granting you Casual Greeting, defeating this monster will also allow you to access the Summoning Sign.
You can summon this boss by using the Red summon sign located near the Magma Wyrm site of grace. Alternatively, you can find him in the golden mist wall or Murkwater Cave. The goal is to defeat him and collect the Bull-Goat Armor Set. While battling the beast, it is important to avoid killing Patches, as this will make you more vulnerable to the Great Horned Tragoth.
Defeating Rykard
Defeating Rykard in Tragath Elden Ring is a great challenge that rewards patience, skill, and skill leveling. This giant serpent will attack you with a colossal sword and do tons of damage. It also has a cool triple bite combo that you can avoid by dodging into it at the right time. This boss battle can be a bit tricky, so here are some tips to help you defeat it.
The first move that you should watch for is a red skull that Rykard will summon out of his mouth. This skull will chase you, leaving a trail of explosions in its wake. Avoid this attack by running away from the skull and then dodge the body slam that follows it. A strong stance will help you avoid all of his attacks. This move is an excellent way to deal damage and to avoid Rykard’s heavy attacks.
Bull-Goat Greaves
After completing the Bull-Goat Greaves quest, you will be able to purchase the Bull-Goat Armor set. This set contains Bull-Goat Greaves, Bull-Goat Armor, Bull-Goat Greaves, and the coveted Great Horned Tragoth. It guards the entrance to the Atlas Plateau, so fighting it is optional. Whether you fight this boss or not, you’ll need to find two gold medallions in order to enter the area. The magma spewing ability of this boss is the main reason why you should be careful and use spells and magic effectively against this monster.
If you wish to fight this boss, you can visit the Volcano Manor and its halls. Patches is also in East Limgrave and can be found near the Rainbow Stones in Mt. Gelmir. If you are looking for the Magma Whip Candlestick, you can talk to Patches several times until you finally reach him.
