The questline for White-Faced Varre begins after defeating Godrick, the Grafted. You must visit the Church of Inhibition to find a maiden and soak it in blood. Once you have done so, Varre will invade other areas, causing Madness. You can also talk to him in the Roundtable Hold, but you must defeat him first.
The quest starts in the Elden Ring Church of Inhibition, located in northern Liurnia. In this area, you will find a dead maiden on a chair. After dying the cloth, you must approach Varre and offer her your finger to be named a Knight of Mohg. Once you have finished the questline, Varre will name you Knight of Mohg and give you the Pureblood Knight Medal, which will allow you to meet Mohg, the Lord of Blood.
