There are many factors that can affect CC chaining, but there is one simple way to count them: disarms. Caitlyn
One of the earliest champions in the game, Caitlyn was released in 2011. She has the longest auto attack range in the entire game and is mostly played as an ADC in the bottom lane. Nautilus

It can deal a large amount of magic damage and can knock up enemy units for 0.1 seconds. As with many other champions, however, it is important to use this ability wisely and only attack a target that poses a high threat to Nautilus.
