John Bates may not have been the one who killed mr green

It appears that John Bates may not have been the killer of Mr. Green, and this theory could even be true! He may have killed the man but, as a matter of fact, he was the one who killed him. His wife has a list of people to interview, and she visits him regularly. While he is there, he overhears a conversation between Anna and Mrs. Hughes. Bates threatens to leave if Anna does not reveal the truth. Bates insists that if it is not Green, it was someone from outside. However, the tense conversation between John and Anna is made worse by the fact that Cora has miscarried.

While Anna’s suspicions are unfounded, it’s possible that Bates was the cause of the accident. After all, he told Carson he was going to York, yet he’s been absent for the entire day. Perhaps he did this to avoid a confrontation with Carson. However, Anna does not pursue the theory. Despite her suspicions, Bates has a history of mysterious deaths.

Anna confesses to Mary that he raped her

In the episode “Anna Confessions to Mary That Mr. Green Raped Her”, the infamous rape scene from “Grey’s Anatomy” is aired. The scene has a few notable points, including the fact that Anna is beaten and bloodied by the rapist. It also shows how heavy handed Bates can be, and how much narrative the actor pulls, which leads to the final resolution.

In the following episode, the events of Season 4 jump ahead about six months, when Lady Mary is still mourning the death of her husband, Matthew. Robert has begun to assert his authority and is trying to take over the family’s finances, while Lady Mary wants to keep Lady Mary involved in his business dealings. Rose has organized a performance by the opera singer Dame Nellie Melba, and while the guests were distracted by Dame Nellie Melba’s appearance, Mr. Green took advantage of this distraction by raping Anna.

Cora’s cunning plan to move her daughter to Downton abbey fails because she can’t convince Rosamond to send Marigold to the country. Violet, a friend of Cora’s, suggests that Cora pretend to adopt Marigold and she accepts her. Edith, however, is hesitant to accept the idea. However, the idea is quickly adopted by everyone else, including Mr. Drake, who also expresses interest in Anna.

During a visit to a local animal sanctuary, Edith and Marigold are confronted by an unknown man. Edith has convinced Rosamond to take Marigold in after the dog was abandoned. However, Rosamond tries to talk her out of it, saying that it would be a betrayal. Violet argues that Cora deserves to know the whole story.

Lady Rose’s wedding goes ahead despite scandal

While the death of Lord Merton and his wife’s daughter has caused a scandal, Lady Rose’s wedding continues to go ahead as she marries Jewish heir Atticus Aldridge. As the scandal over who killed Mr. Green escalates, Edith and Tom refuse to tell their wives about the scandal. They are not planning on telling either Mary or Tom yet. However, Robert, who is a man of honor, thinks that Gregson would have married Edith if he hadn’t died. However, this viewpoint is not historically accurate.

In the final episode of Season 2, Tom and Sybil’s elopement is revealed to be the catalyst for the scandal. Tom had fallen in love with Sybil during the war and had been impressed by her bravery and progressiveness. Despite this, they had a secret relationship and eloped. The scandal grew and eventually led to a shocking death of Sir John Green. Eventually, however, Mary, Edith and Anna traced Sybil on her way to marry Tom. They were able to stop her from marrying Tom, but not before a maid named Anna stopped her.
