If you’re curious why Warcraft is rated as PG-13, you are not alone. Several factors have contributed to the movie’s rating, including fantasy violence, Durotan, and Black magic. Read on to learn more about these elements, as well as other aspects of the movie. Also, check out our review of the movie to see if it is suitable for kids. In this review, we’ll look at the main reasons why the game is rated as PG-13.

Extended

The MPAA rated Warcraft PG-13 for extended scenes of fantasy violence, involving the mutilation of helpless victims by orcs, stabbed characters, and blood effects. There are a few violent scenes involving orcs and knights. There are some instances of embracing and kissing as well as sexual references, but these are minor. However, the violent content is so overwhelmingly intense that it can cause some viewers to feel nauseous or uncomfortable.

Warcraft also contains some gruesome violence. It opens with a human skull on a barren landscape, and then proceeds to depict the horrific killing of an orc. The violence continues throughout the movie, with some of the most graphic scenes taking place between orcs and humans. For those who are sensitive to this type of material, you may want to skip this movie altogether. Nonetheless, if you have a strong stomach, you should probably wait for a rerun on cable or watch it online to get a better idea of what to expect.

Fantasy violence

The PG-13 rating for Warcraft is due to the extensive fantasy violence in the game. It includes some blood and violence, two coarse words, and orc women who dress provocatively. There are no sexual scenes, but there are extended sequences of fantasy violence. If you are worried about the game’s violence, you may want to check it out before you buy it. While some movies feature heavy violence, the video game is relatively clean. In fact, it is one of the cleanest movies released in recent memory. There is only one mention of the word hell in the film, which is one less than the number of deaths in the game. But there is some violence that is depicted, and the game is still a good option for those who are sensitive.

Black magic

The movie Warcraft is rated PG-13 for extended fantasy violence and realistic orcs. The film is based on the video game series of the same name that began in the 1990s and is still a popular game on various platforms today. The plot follows the war between humans and orcs, who are trying to make a new home in Azeroth. A sinister orc warlock named Gul’dan is trying to open a portal between Draenor and Azeroth by using the lifeforce of thousands of prisoners.

While the story has several twists, there are some things to keep in mind before playing the game. The game is very violent and dark in its content, with a gruesome opening sequence of a human skull lying on a barren landscape. The orc then kills the human in a brutal one-on-one battle. The battles between orcs and humans are incredibly graphic, so if you’re sensitive to blood and gore, this might not be the game for you.

Durotan

One of the reasons Warcraft is rated as “PG-13” is Durotan, the orc chieftain from the Frostwolf Clan. With his pulsing green eyes, he drains the life force of those who come into contact with him to fuel his magical abilities. Unlike the orcs from Game of Thrones, the orcs in “Warcraft” are more human.

After the war with the orcs, Durotan, an orc warrior, is concerned about the plans of the Horde to conquer Azeroth. He understands that Gul’dan is spreading corruption throughout the world and has proposed an alliance with the humans. When Lothar is forced to travel to the encampment of the Horde, he bonds with two of the orcs, Khadgar and Garona. But, after his ambush, he demands to meet with the human leader.

Draka

If you have watched World of Warcraft, you’ve probably heard of the story of the evil Orc Draka. It was a sad event that led to the downfall of Draenor, and it has a recurring theme that runs through the game. Draka’s mother, Geyah, was pregnant with Durotan’s child, and she wanted to kill him. She told her son to run, but he refused. In the end, Draka and Durotan decided to fight for their son, and Thrall was killed to save him.

The character’s origin is rooted in her tragic story. As a youth, Draka was exiled from her clan. The elders of the clan noted that she marched ahead without looking back. Years later, she returned to her clan during Midsummer, only to discover that her parents had died. She was not only sad, but also sick. Her plight eventually led to her reincarnation as the mighty Draka.

Orgrim Doomhammer

Orgrim Doomhammer is a character in the Warcraft series. He is a hero in the eyes of his people, wielding the granite Doomhammer. His father gave him the Doomhammer and Orgrim knows he is destined for greatness in the Warcraft story. His hometown is Orgrimmar, the capital city of the Orcs.

This role is played by Rob Kazinsky, who is recognizable from Pacific Rim and HBO’s True Blood. The female role is played by Paula Patton, who plays the orc Garona Halforcen, who is sympathetic while fierce. The villain of the piece is played by Daniel Wu, who is a cliche who’s cool and evil at the same time.
