98-110 – Shadowlands
In this World of Warcraft leveling guide, we’ll talk about the new features of the Shadowlands and how to best utilize them for your character. First of all, this zone has a new leveling system. Unlike other areas, it is not possible to level up by using your character’s talent. Instead, you’ll need to farm resources from NPCs around the area. There are dozens of these NPCs in the area, but the best way to farm them is to get them from the city guards.
The opening quest in Shadowlands will take you to the Icecrown region. You’ll want to use this city to learn about the new profession recipes. Then, head to Oribos, the hub for both factions. You’ll want to make use of the new NPCs to improve your talents and complete War Mode quests. While leveling in the Shadowlands, don’t forget to check out the new NPCs in the Shadowlands and learn about the new NPCs in the area.
As always, you can also get xp by completing dungeon quests. They give a decent amount of xp (typically 2.5-3 bars) and an ilv 800 piece of gear. While leveling, you should keep in mind that this gear can help you meet the 785 ilv requirement for heroics and the mythics. If you’re looking for a fast and efficient way to level in Shadowlands, this is the guide for you.
98-110 – Mists of Pandaria
The leveling process in Mists of Pandaria is a little different than other areas of the game. For instance, you can skip the first few dungeons, which require you to spend an hour or two per dungeon. For this reason, you should skip doing the quest “A fallen Star,” which will cost you 20 gold. Afterward, you can continue to level up by doing side quests in Mists of Pandaria.
In the 60-80 bracket, you’ll find lots of people enjoying Pandaria. If you’re lucky, you can finish one zone in Pandaria, but make sure you plan out your back up zones beforehand. Try not to level in the first Pandaria zone – instead, alternate with Cataclysm. Just make sure you don’t die in Pandaria!
As mentioned earlier, this area offers a lot of variety, but is slightly easier than its Northrend counterpart. The quests in Northrend are much more organized, and you’ll probably prefer the Pandarius Necklace, but others might find it more satisfying to use Cataclysm. You can also choose to get all extensions, such as the Crown of Pandaria and Mists of Pandaria’s Necklace. The best places to level up in Mists of Pandaria are Hyjal, Jade Forest, Kun-Lai Summit, and the Wilderness.
98-110 – Kul’Tiras
This leveling guide covers the regions of Kul’Tiras and Zandalar for Alliance and Horde classes. The War Campaigns are introduced at these levels and will unlock when the player has reached level 120. It’s important to level your heirlooms and equipment to the necessary 110 levels. The majority of your experience will be gathered from upgrading your heirlooms and equipment. You’ll also need to max out your Trinkets to save time on the latter.
