Shado-pan Assault
The Shado-Pan Assault raid instance is set in the Temple of the White Tiger, a sacred site that hosts Xu’en the White Tiger. Located on the western side of the Townlong Steppes, Shado-Pan is a new type of dungeon in Mists of Pandaria. Previously, players could only get rewards from this dungeon with an Honored reputation, but Blizzard plans to change that soon. The new dungeon will feature quests and lore.
Pandaren
World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria is an upcoming expansion in the online game World of Warcraft. The expansion will feature many new characters and features, as well as a monk class that can be played by a range of players. Monks are a versatile class that can heal allies and shrug off enormous damage. Moreover, they are part of the enigmatic Pandaren race, the first neutral race in the game. You can choose to play for either the Horde or the Alliance, depending on what your preference is.
Pandaren are anthropomorphic giant pandas, created by Blizzard’s veteran artist Samwise Didier. They were later added to the Warcraft canon in Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne. Because pandarens do not have factions in the game, they remain neutral until they complete the Wandering Isle quest line. Once they have completed this quest line, they can then choose to align with either the Alliance or the Horde.
Hellscream
The world of Mists of Pandaria has already left its mark on the main characters, both for the better and the worse. Garrosh Hellscream is a prime example of this. Even after being sentenced to death by the Council of Nine, Hellscream has yet to make good on his promise to destroy Theramore. In the free trial, you can learn how the Tribunal rules, how Hellscream ruined Theramore, and much more.
In the World of Warcraft Mists of Panada free trial, you can meet the legendary Warcraft character, Garrosh Hellscream. He was appointed Warchief by Thrall in Mists of Pandaria and grew into a tyrant after plundering the world and warring with every clan. After his defeat by “The Alliance,” he was sent to Pandaria to stand trial for his atrocities.
Scenarios
As players arrive in Pandaria, they are met with looming dangers. Ancient warlords known as Mogu have conquered nearby indigenous races and built impressive structures. These powerful creatures wielded flesh-shaping magic. But the pandaren, a race of ancient beings, have overthrown the Mogu’s empire through unarmed combat, leaving players with many questions. They reunite with their old allies and attempt to retake the continent.
A new type of PvE challenge, scenarios are multi-stage, cooperative activities that require players to band together for a shared objective. Scenarios require groups of three to 25 players to cooperate to accomplish certain objectives. A scenario may include escorting a pandaren brewmaster to the temple or defeating a persistent assault. The challenge is varied and the experience is unique.
