Changes to Blood Elf character models
The Changes to Blood Elf character models in the World of Warcraft patch 6.1 were much needed. Although they didn’t make drastic changes to their appearances, the new Blood Elves look beautiful. Their male and female models have been redesigned, making them as beautiful as their Horde counterparts. To celebrate the new models, Blood Elves should visit the barbershop and get new face models and hairstyles.
The PTR version of World of Warcraft has revealed all of the changes to the Blood Elf class, including new models and Twitter integration. The new Blood Elf character models feature increased fidelity and texture resolution, while retaining the original look and feel. In addition, the character can now tweet about items, achievements, screenshots, and more from the game client. The new collection system now supports relics as well.
New follower missions
In the latest update for the world of Warcraft, WoW is adding new follower missions to the game. The follower role has long been a part of the game’s dungeons, but in patch 6.1, followers can now take on these new roles as well. Followers can earn lots of achievements in World of Warcraft. Listed below are some of the new features for followers in patch 6.1.
You can now buy items for your followers in the Garrison, as new missions have appeared in the game. A new vendor will appear in the Garrison where you can purchase items that will upgrade your Followers. Several new exploration missions are available as well, each of which rewards a new item that opens up further missions. Similarly, the new dig site missions award you with Draenor archaeology fragments. The last one rewards you with a treasure map, but you will need to collect a lot of them to earn the achievement.
Heirloom system
The new Heirloom system in World of Warcrt patch 6.1 introduces a new way to manage your heirloom items. Before 6.1, you had to mail all of your heirloom items between different characters and realms. This made it difficult for players with multiple alts to obtain the benefits of heirlooms. Thankfully, this is no longer a problem with 6.1.
Heirloom items are now found under the character Collections Tab. They can be purchased with in-game gold, and are level-matched to the character’s current level. Because you can equip heirloom items for each character, leveling is much faster! And once you’ve crafted your heirloom, you’ll be able to use it on any character. The new Heirloom system makes it easier than ever to make your characters look like a hero and get more experience points.
Enhanced Traps
Enhanced traps are back in World of Warcraft. With their shorter cooldown and higher damage output, traps provide overpowering control, but now the game has changed. The 6.1 update brings a number of changes for players who use traps. In addition to the above changes, Enhanced traps can also be used for more damage, and they can reduce the cooldown of other traps.
The 6.1 patch has a number of new features and adjustments, and is currently live on the Public Test Realm. Among these are Twitter integration, an item that lets you take a selfie with your character, and a Mario Kart-style racing mini-game in Darkmoon Faire. The 6.1 patch will also change how players can customize the background music on their game. Lastly, Alchemists will be able to transmute more.
Changes to PvP
This patch brings a number of improvements to PvP. For one, players are now dealing 10% more damage. They are also acting like they are taking 10% less damage. These changes should make the black mage more viable in PvP. Some classes were previously broken in PvP, but now they are even better. Other improvements to PvP include the renaming of the Blackrock Mountain zone to Spooky Dark Lava Holes and increasing the amount of damage and health that players can deal.
The new version of Careful Aim increases the critical strike chance by 50% and 60%. Chimaera Shot deals 30% more damage and Sniper Training is now 25% more effective. Regardless of class, Comet Storm deals 33.3% less damage than it did in patch 6.0. Despite this, some changes to PvP have been made to PvE. For example, the Ice Nova now roots instead of stunning, and its effect is no longer affected by the diminishing returns. Additionally, the effect of the Glyph of Splitting Ice is now more consistent and can hit targets up to 60% away. Ascension now increases Spirit by 10% and increases maximum mana by 20%. In addition, the new ability “Beacon of Light” no longer heals on the PvP map.
