This magical wand can be used to change yourself or another party member into a different costume. Hallowed Wands can be obtained from Trick or Treat bags, Crudely Wrapped Gifts, or the Candy & Toy vendor. They are also available for purchase for Trick-or-Treats.
In addition to the usual treats, players can also obtain rare items through Trick-or-Treats. Inns often have pumpkin spreads where they give Tricky Treats. A player can also collect Hallowed Wands by killing the Headless Horseman, a rare monster that lurks near the Broken Isles. Obtaining Hallowed Wands is an excellent way to gain items that you’d otherwise never have access to.
