Anakin Skywalker vs Darth Vader

The plot of Anakin Skywalker vs Darth VAder in Star Wars Episode III is as compelling as ever. In the opening scene, Anakin stands in front of a room full of young Jedi children. He stares at one of them with a stern look on his face and fires his light sabre, killing him. The room soon contains the bodies of the children. Anakin/Vader also mercilessly slaughters separatist leaders and he shows no remorse. He looks at the separatist leader and kills him.

In Episode IV, the Galactic Senate is abolished, and the Empire instead distributes power among regional governors who govern groups of systems. These regional governors have less power, but the Galactic Empire still holds more influence than the old Republic.

The Galactic Empire ruled much of the known galaxy, covering millions of star systems and billions of fortress worlds and fringe colonies. It had a bureaucracy as complex as its military, and its main goal is to consolidate power. The Empire ruled over most of the human colony worlds in the galaxy, and its flag is a stylized crowned two headed eagle. Its capital was the Neue Sanssouci palace, which was the seat of government.

Anakin’s heart is black. What happened? This is the question every Star Wars fan is asking. The first episode of the prequel trilogy introduces Anakin as an underdog. He has been beaten by the Empire in two separate battles, but still refuses to believe that he is the Chosen One. His fear of the future Emperor, Palpatine, causes him to act.
